Salted Carmel Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 3/4 C unsalted butter
- 1/4 C granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. corn starch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 C caramel bits
- 3/4 C brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 C all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 C milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 C crushed pretzels
Mix all ingredients. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees!
Grandma's Legendary Chili
- 1lb Hamburger
- 1 can diced tomatos
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can kidney beans
- Chili Powder (to taste)
- 1 tsp salt
Brown hamburger and mix all ingredients in a large pot. Warm over medium heat in a large pot until steaming hot and ready to serve! Top with sour cream, cheese and a side of crackers!
Party Ham Rolls
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1 1/2 t onion flakes
- 2 T mustard
- 1 1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 T poppy seeds
- 3 pkg party rolls
- 8oz sliced deli ham
- 8oz sliced Swiss cheese
Mix and heat the first five ingredients in microwave. Slice open each package of rolls. Spread sauce over rolls. Place ham and cheese on each. Close, wrap tightly with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts.
Buckeyes (or Reese Balls)
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
- 1 C butter softened
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 cups confectioners sugar
- Box of candy chocolate
Mix together PB, butter, vanilla extract, sugar in a large bowl. Mixture will be dry. Roll into balls and place on parchment paper. Freeze overnight. Melt the candy chocolate and dip the balls, placing on parchment paper to dry.
